Academician Marko Pećina on the list of the world’s most influential scientists
On October 7, 2026, a research group from Stanford University in California published this year’s study on scientific citation—a list ranking the top 2% of the world’s most influential scientists, comprising approximately 250,000 of the most cited researchers across all disciplines.
Academician Marko Pećina, Head of the Croatian Museum of Medicine and Pharmacy, has once again been included in the list of the top 2% of most influential scientists based on his entire scientific career.
